Depends: Could it be that the black spots are associated with hair follicles? You do not have to have hair at the site. It is likely that the dimples and black spots are due to tethering of the skin at the site of hair follicles. It is not an emergency, but as and when you see a doctor, ask her/him to look at it. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Pores: From what you describe, It sounds like you may have enlarged pores or maybe blackheads. Mention it to your PCP or OBGYN to be on the safe side.
