Details about when your pain started, does it come and go, is it getting worse, have you had it before, what makes it better, and are there other symptoms associated with the pain, are all key determinants that would help explain the source. Since you have a history of CAD, it is imperative that we first be sure its not your heart. GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM!iii
