Biliary disease: Post gastric bypass gallstone formation is common due to the rapid weight loss. Gallstone pancreatitis can develop. Most likely will require decompression of gallbladder via percutaneous cholecystostomy or transhepatic biliary catheter to remove ductal stones followed by cholecystectomy. Usually wait until acute symptoms of pancreatitis are resolved. Best handled at tertiary care center.

Surgery when stable: Cholecystectomy once stable before discharge. If lfts elevated may need ERCP first.
