Duration?: If your problem has been present for more than 2 weeks, you need to see your doctor. We need more details from you (age, medical conditions etc). On the face of it, you appear to have migraine which however is not associated with swollen groin nodes. If you are over 40 , you need to consult a neurologist as well regarding the new-onset headaches.
