How to ease really bad sinus pressure from increase pressure/on and off rain. swollen lymph nodes and headache in top/front of head?

I would get: Seen. With swollen nodes you may have an infection. An antihistamine with decongestant, like Claritin d may give some relief but a nasal steroid, like flonase, especially prior to bed, is very helpful. Good luck.
