Why is it that the blood pressure taken first time at home is 150/90 & then in mins starts coming ok like 130.80,120.76.why dosent it come ok 1st time?

Blood pressure: Everybody's blood pressure fluctuates widely. What's important are the average or usual numbers. Maybe just a little anxiety when you first take it. It looks like your BP is just fine.
