No: A random blood pressure reading especially after exercise or activity is not used for diagnosis of blood pressure. You need to take two blood pressure readings on two separate occasions without activity to diagnose hypertension.

Htn by definition : Not bad- but by definition it is hypertensive 140/90 is the cut off. And you should check it before you exercise and keep a log. Also you'll find that BP goes down after you exercise
