"H FLU": is a common bacterial "dweller" in the Upper Respiratory tract..including the sinuses.... Some physicians feel that it should be treated IF associated with upper respiratory symptomatology Some feel it is a "normal" "colonizer" Hope this helps! DrZ

Ent called Fri pm. Sinus culture positive for strep. Have taken 4 doses of ceflex. How long before no longer contagious?
