What should i do about the spotting and being 4-5 weeks pregnant? i'm seeing doctor on monday to have a check up, but should i be doing anything before? i have no pain with the spotting at the moment just like a pulling sensation.

Needs evaluation: Bleeding in early pregnancy is common but not normal. A sonogram should be done to confirm that the pregnancy is in the uterus and not an ectopic. It can also confirm that the baby is alive and not miscarrying.
