See hematologist.: Sickle cell disease is a lifelong illness. There are many reasons why your eyes remain yellow--some specifically related to your sickle cell. However, there are other non-hematological reasons that could trigger this which are worth considering. The best resource is to schedule an appointment with your hematologist to check this out.
