Your Hip.: This sounds like pain from your hip, which can be from arthritis or from strenuous activities, especially if you are an athelete. This also could be from back pain. You should see your doctor for a physical exam and X-rays. If you are having groin numbness or trouble urinating or dedicating, you should visit your emergency department immedietly .
