Need more info: Your question is not clear. Suggest you consult with a urologist and be examined. At the same time they can answer any questions you might have.

See a urologist: To have a UTI for so long risks kidney damage. I would have a urologic evaluation to make sure there is no structural problem and make sure that the bug you are treating is sensitive to the antibiotics you are using.
