Your Regular doctor.: If the pain is at the eyelid, you likely have a stye, which is basically like a pimple of the eyelid. It is painful because it is a sensitive area, and will be compressed every time you blink. A regular doctor should be able to diagnose this with ease. If the pain is in the eye itself and you are having vision changes, double vision, blurry vision, you should see your ophthalmologist.
