Mycoplasma pneumonia: These symptoms are classic for bronchitis, but also for mycoplasma pneumonia (aka "walking pneumonia"). Even if you are not having fever or coughing up discolored phlegm, you should see your family doctor right away. It is much easier to treat your illness earlier rather than later. In addition to the physical exam, your MD may consider blood tests and a chest X-ray--so do not delay any longer.
