Mouth rinse : No harm in doing this. Should brush your teeth with the baking Soda as well ever do often.

Reasoning ?: Do you believe that the baking soda mouth rinse will make you less cavity prone by neutralizing acids produced by resident bacteria? You would be better off brushing with a fluoridated bicarbonate dentifrice and flossing correctly. The bacteria which adhere to your teeth and cause dental issues will not be affected and will continue to produce acids long after you spit out the rinse.
