Most white coatings in the mouth are not yeast infection (thrush); and yeast is unlikely if not predisposed to it, e.g. immune deficiency, malnutrition. recent antibiotic treatment, and a few others. In any case, you cannot and should not assume any particular cause without professional examination. See your doctor. Good luck.
