Infection?: If you think it is infected (red, tender, pus oozing ) then you need to get antibiotics. If the wound has sealed and there is no signs of infection then let it be. The wound repair process is amazing and will heal of its own accord slowly

Soak it: and give it a bit of "tincture of time" ! The swelling may diminish after a while.... Patience..... Hope this is helpful Dr Z
