Lymph node in neck: It is probably a lymph node in the neck. If you have had a recent cold it is nothing to worry about. If it just popped up and you are concerned about it see your doctor or an ENT. There is a large differential diagnosis for a neck mass high in the neck. Good luck. Feel better.
