RULE OUT MONO: You have upper respiratory infection most likely associated with lymph nodes emergent in the neck you need to be on two week courses of antibiotic and reevaluate might need to rule out mono if the lymph nodes persist in spite of the antibiotic treatment either way you need to go and see your pcp.
