Yes: Vaginal itching without discharge can indicate infections like yeast or stis like herpes or an allergic reaction to household products like certain soaps & laundry detergents. Possible dry mucosa: Have you considered dryness of the vagina? Depending on your age, their are varous reasons for skin/ mucosa dryness.
