Back pain: If you cannot recall any specific injury, then theres need for concern. At your age, back pain is rare and unless you have really bad posture or started a new exercise routine, there could be a medical cause for the pain. You need to see a dr to rule out these causes such as kidney stones, spinal abscess, gynaecological problems or tumorurs.

Arthritis? See MD: Virtually all humans have low back pain from time to time. However, you're very young for this, and you also selected conditions of ankle pain and weakness. You might have a form of arthritis. (Contrary to what some think, arthritis is not only a problem in older people.) Or an infection in the spine. See a doctor soon. If you have a fever, do it right now; don't even wait overnight. Good luck!
