Back pain & pregnanc: Same reasons for back pain in non-pregnancy as well as in pregnancy w/obvious addition of weight maldistribution. However, we're more worried about urinary tract infections so best to chat w/your Family Doc & OB for evaluation & testing. Besides musculoskeletal issues & infections, kidney stone scan be another cause of back pain.
