Gallbladder?: Try to eat slower. Have sips of water with food. Eat less per meal. Your symptoms are suggesting gallbladder dysfunction. Mention your symptoms to your physician at next office visit.

IBS?: Hi, it sounds like you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, avoid food which could cause bloating like beans, uncooked vegetable, Alcohol, Caffeinated drinks and medications, Sugar free drinks that contains Mannitol or Sorbitol, take Fiber pills, avoid constipation, experiment with dairy product (omit them see how u do), don't skip meals and eat regularly, see a GI doctor if these measures not working.
