I do wound care at a local rehab and health facility and i would like some advice on how to assist a lady in healing her bilateral thigh wounds.

Topical and air: If her thighs prevent air circulation, she may need to,position with legs spread open for a while each day to avoid maceration in the wound. I Assume she is on antibiotics, topical debrieding agents like silver sulfadiazine are helpful as well. Be sure to address the cause for the wound initially,such as incontinence, and remediate that as well
