Cut leg 4 weeks ago. healing, but flesh inside cut is 'popping out' of wound. what is the significance? used bacitraition, bandages and ace bandage wrap.

Hello. : Hello. Don't know the depth of your wound or what your tentanus status is. It sounds like your wound did not heal. I would recommend that it be evaluated. If it is red, hot, tender, has drainage, red streaking, swelling around the area or your have a concomittant fever these would be signs it is infected.

Needs to be seen: Have it evaluate as the growth could be several different things. It could be a granuloma.
