ER doctor.: For all this, you should really be first seeing an ER doctor. There's a lot going on here, and an expeditious initial work-up is needed - blood testing, EKG, stress testing. This can most quickly be done via short hospital stay. After this, depending on results, visits to outpatient doctors can be scheduled.
