Good question : Asthma control needs a comprehensive evaluation, control of co-morbid conditions as rhino-sinustis, GERD, etc is important, adherence to treatment plan for controller medications, not including LABA, is needed, for breakthrough symptoms or asthma flares, levoalbuterol, which doesn't cause tachycardia, can be used for opening up the lower airways, the bronchi, regular follow-up is important
