Topical remedy: Tea tree oil should have no effect on the amoxicillin. Watch for any signs of skin irritation, e.g. contact dermatitis.

Whatever...: It has no plausible reason to affect anything going on in the ear,good or bad.If this pleases you two and the kid's skin doesn't break out to the process it is fine. You might do as well just painting her nails or giving her a foot rub.
