Hello! white cells 15.600. neutrophyles 75.9%, lymphocytes 17.7%, basophyles 0.1% and eosinophyles 0.8% . everything else is normal. cause for concer?

Recheck counts: Your WBC count is high. Common cause would be an infection which will often also cause Fever. if you feel well, then it can be a lab error. Therefore I would suggest that you get a repeat check of your blood counts(CBC). Also tell us Why did you have your blood count done in the first place???
