I had a sigmoidectomy a month ago. since then i have suffered from chronic nausea, vomiting, pain throughout my colon, and am bloated quite often.

You need to be seen: by the doctor who did the procedure. You could be quite ill. No one should guess at this diagnosis without knowing exactly what was done and without examining you. Good luck.
