At 60 days,: you have passed the typical recovery time. Fever persists for 3-4 weeks; at 60 days you should be beyond it. About 1/10 people do relapse, so you should work with your doctor/have further testing to exclude. It is surely understandable that you would feel anxious after such an illness; this may be contributing to your sense of weakness. Pursue good nutrition, rest, activity. Work closely with Doc.
