See doctor: You need to see your doctor to check the urine. Then if you have urinary tract infection you need treatment and the account for the blood

Further evaluation: sensation after urination and blood when you wipe need a physical examination to exclude local conditions like urethral prolapse and other vaginal conditions. However when you mention blood , it must be fully investigated. i will strogly suggest making an appointment wit a urologist.
