Ear thumping: Bot hears? Is your ear still thumping? Do antihistamines help? Very rarely and usually in hypertensives/ older individuals you can have artery issues( aneurysm/ dissection) . carotid ultrasound or CT angio would clarify that, usually it is 1 side . But also get a thyroid ultrasound and check thyroid levels, check for POTS and get echo( hi pulse). F/U w/ ENT/ cardio/doc
