Depends: It is not uncommon to feel a few nodes under the jaw especially if there is some inflammation or infection in areas above the neck. I presume that their sizes are less than 5 mm and thus would monitor them again in another 3-4 weeks. If the nodes are getting larger , need to consult doctor. If the nodes stay at the same size without symptoms after a month, best to check with doctor

Can you normally feel your submandibular lymph nodes? I can feel it on both sides deep under my Jaw and they freely move when I press on them. Not sick and not painful. Can you feel them without being sick? Feel larger than pea sized though. Thanks!
