Motrin : With food and water if no kidney disease, diabetes or high blood pressure or allergic. Tylenol (acetaminophen) (650 mg if just fever) if allergic to motrin/ibuprofen or use 1000 mg of tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain and fever (38.9 is 102.02 f).
