See your doctor: If your thyroid level is low it is easily treatable. Otherwise you will just continue to be miserable and get sicker. See a doctor and get it checked.

Don't be afraid: If you have a thyroid problem, it is very treatable. More often than not, a daily medication and occasional lab testing will be enough to get you back to feeling like yourself. Knowing whether or not this is the case can also benefit your family members as well as you if you are ever hospitalized.
