Pain in pinky: If there is a history of even trivial trauma have your doctor get an x-ray to make sure you don't have a fracture.

5th toe pain...: There may have been a fracture, but when the pain is "radiating" to another area, often a nerve irritation is also involved. It's best to visit a podiatrist for a more complete exam.
