im 18 i have back pain feels like a bruise at the bottom of my back next to spine but not had any trauma to it . what could it be ?

Dr. Ivy Fisher

Back strain: Even though no trauma is involved here, back strain can occur if you have lifted, done exercise, and strained lower back. You can take Bengal locally and Advil 400 mg po q 6-8 hrs. If pain persists, contact MD to evaluate further.
