The change: in cabin pressure especially on longer flights can cause a number of "disquieting" symptoms following the flight including some microscopic "leakage" of cochlear fluid (causing vertigo, light headedness etc") sinus pressure alterations (frontal sinuses=forehead pressure) especially if you had a mild cold, or allergic congestion) Hope this is helpful Dr Z

I mistakenly hit myself on forehead a few times open handed. A day later, after working outside all day at my job, I started feeling dizzy/lightheaded hours later. There was a headache but that went away. Just head pressure and lightheadedness now.
I have a slight dull headache in back of head/top neck, pressure forehead and temples. Also been experiencing random lightheadedness for about a week. Last BP two weeks ago was 120/70. Last Blood work was perfect (year ago). Any ideas/suggestions?
