Unsure: what level is 049...I assume it's your TSH..... The levels to evaluate in patients on thyroid REPLACEMENT therapy are the t-4 and t-3 depending upon the kind of thyroid hormone you are taking PLUS HOW YOU FEEL and LOOK CLINICALLY! Hope this helps! Dr Z
