Lymph gland: most likely this is a lymph gland which is part of the immune system that gets bigger when there is infection to produce antibodies. generally speaking you might require a course of antibiotics and blood test. then possibly a biopsy to find out what that is if is still persist. research find that the chance for this to be nutsy is extremely rare you will need to see your doctor to discuss that
