Not necessarily: Most headaches do not require a trip to the hospital. Ibuprofen, rest and pushing fluids will usually help get rid of a headache. Signs that you need to go to the hospital are: worst headache of your life, headache with fever and stiff neck or headache with neurological or visual changes.
