I think so.: The backaches and pelvic pains are most likely just early contractions, but the headaches can be a sign of pre-eclampsia, which is a potentially dangerous condition, and at the hospital they can check to make sure your blood pressure is normal, or treat you if your blood pressure is high, and you are developing pre-eclampsia.
