Abdominal migraine: This could be an abdominal migraine which causes severe stomach cramping, nausea, vomiting along with the usual migraine symptoms of throbbing headache with light and sound sensitivity. This is a diagnosis if exclusion after all the usual gastrointestinal causes have been ruled out.
