Likely unrelated : It's likely unrelated to the angioplasty, but it would be helpful to us if you clarify just what type of angioplasty was performed (coronary arteries, leg arteries, carotid arteries, etc.). With regards to her weak voice, i sometimes see it after patients have had carotid surgery or in surgery of the thyroid gland, where a nerve to the larynx is injured. Barring that i'd discuss with an ENT doc.
