See answer: It's likely that the bumps on your tonsil are unrelated to your raspy voice. A hoarse voice can be due to GERD, nodules on the vocal cord or even laryngeal cancer. See an ENT specialist if the raspy voice persists. As for the "red bumps" on your tonsil, no specific illness comes to mind.
