Yellowish bump: This would need to be personally examined to determine what it is and whether or not it requires treatment. It's not a good idea to venture diagnostic guesses over the internet. You can either wait two weeks to see if it complete resolves on its own or see a dentist for a proper evaluation.

No: No. Tonsil stones do not occur on the tongue. It might be related (abrasion from instrument) to the tooth extraction. If not resolved in a week or so, see an oral surgeon to assess the mass.

Yellowish bump: Not much to go on. No, tonsil stones are specific to the tonsils. If "bump" does not resolve in 10-14 days, have it examined by your Dentist or, preferably, an Oral Surgeon.
