NOt possible: to answer this question as you do not specify a diagnosis. In general, grade 4 of a cancer is not good, but there are always survivors that are unexpected, and of course there may be miracles. Good luck to you and your partner.

It depends:: Very sorry to hear that. Stage 4 indicates that the cancer is metastatic( it has spread to other sites in the body). Most often, patients with Stage 4 cancer can't be cured, but there are exceptions. It depends on the type of cancer.With some cancers that have spread to only one or two places, surgical removal of the primary cancer and its metastasis can effect a cure.
