Get active: Your biggest problem is not the eyesight or white hair, it's the excess weight. There are two ways to lose weight: eat fewer calories or burn more. Most people need a combination of both. Avoid diets; they're usually not healthy. Eat whole foods, mostly plants, not a lot and choose an exercise that you will do- i like walking. Walk a little further every day. It's simple not easy.
