Not more than a day: Typically if you have had oral contrast, most commonly iodinated contrast such as gastrografin, it will tend to draw water into the bowel and cause diarrhea. It should resolve once the contrast is out. As with any diarrhea, drink plenty of fluids and go to the ER if it lasts more than 24 hours.
